Yellow curry paste is made by mixing red curry paste with turmeric and other spices, so it has a softer and milder taste. Perfect if you don’t like spicy food! Great for Thai curries, wok dishes, soups or (diluted) as a sauce on roasted vegetables.
To make an authentic Thai curry, use 1 tbsp curry paste (15g) and 80ml coconut milk per person. Fry the curry paste in the pan until the aromas are released and then add the coconut milk.
