Delicious with salmon or pork and vegetables from the wok, or as a marinade for chicken, shrimp, pork or beef. Add this wok sauce at the same time as the other ingredients so that the flavours are well absorbed. For extra depth of flavour, use a little ginger paste and garlic paste. Garnish the stir-fry with spring onion and sesame seeds.
