For the tastiest fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, fill the rice sheets with fresh, crunchy ingredients. Choose ingredients with soft edges, so they do not pierce the sheet. Season the dish with one of our sauces.

Dip a rice sheet briefly (a few seconds) into warm water. Do not use boiling water, otherwise the casing will fall apart. The rice hull is now ready for use.
