Rice noodles

Rice noodles are one of the basic ingredients of Thai cuisine. Delicious in a Pad Thai, with stir-fried vegetables or in a noodle soup. Because the noodles are made from rice, they are gluten-free.

Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave to soak for 30 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Prepare as desired.
