This curry paste is spicy and fresh. Add some (sweet) fruit for a great balance between sweet and spicy. Delicious in Thai curries, wok dishes, soups or (diluted) as a sauce on roasted vegetables.
To make an authentic Thai curry, use 1 tbsp curry paste (15g) and 80ml coconut milk per person. Fry the curry paste in the pan until the aromas are released and then add the coconut milk.
